Tamil Nadu State Information Commissioner.

He joined the Indian Corporate Law Service in 1996 and held several important positions in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Environment & Forest and Finance. He has wide knowledge and experience in the field of Law, Management, Establishment, Administration, Governance, Finance and Accountancy. Before joining the Commission he was holding the Post of Regional Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Southern Region, Chennai.

The Information Commissioner holds Post Graduate Degree in Commerce, Degree in Law, Diploma in Police Administration and Certificate course in Right to Information Act, 2005. He is also Doctorate ( Ph.D ) in Commerce.
