Mr. V.P.R .Elamparithi studied at Government Higher Secondary School, at Chatrapatti village, at Rajapalayam, in Virudhunagar District. After his schooling, he completed B.A., B.L. (5 years integrated degree course) at Dr.Ambedkar Law College, in Chennai, in the year 2000. Subsequently, he graduated in M.A., Public Affairs, at University of Madras in 2002. Following this, he completed M.Phil. in the same discipline referred to earlier, in 2003. Thereafter, he enrolled as an advocate in the Bar Council of Tamilnadu and Puducherry in 2003. To gain sound legal knowledge, he joined the office of Mr. U.M.Ravichandran, who is presently serving as Special Government Pleader, at the High Court of Madras.

He had been practising as an advocate before the High Court of Madras, and other lower Courts till 2021. Later on, he was appointed as Government Advocate (Civil Side) at High Court of Madras,in 2021, and had been serving from 10.06.2021 to 12.11.2021). Then, he was appointed as Additional Government Pleader at the High Court of Madras, and had been serving from 12.11.2021 to 17.06.2025.

Additionally, he was one of three young leaders, selected as representative from India, to participate in the "Legislative Fellows Program, and Professional Fellow Program," sponsored by the U.S. Department of State in the year 2012. He had participated in these two programs held at Washington DC and Columbus City (Ohio), in the United States of America from 11th April to 6th May, in 2012, for the purpose of understanding and improving institutional capacity for promoting democratic ideals and good governance.
